Q1: What is the AH-LS-C1 used for?
A: It is a self-contained solar LED Marine Lantern for buoys, lighthouses, and offshore platforms, providing 2–4 nautical mile visibility with 360° illumination in red, green, yellow, white, or blue.

Q2: How does it power itself?
A: An integrated monocrystalline silicon solar panel charges a built-in lithium-ion battery. With 60 hours steady / 150 hours flashing autonomy, it operates through extended overcast periods without any external power source.

Q3: How durable is it in marine conditions?
A: IP68-rated. The UV-protected polycarbonate housing, corrosion-proof aluminum base, and bird deterrent spike withstand 80 m/s winds, constant wave washing, and saltwater exposure.

Q4: How are flash patterns configured?
A: All 366 IALA flash characteristics are adjustable wirelessly via the included infrared programmer — no need to open the sealed housing. An ON/OFF button under the base allows manual override. Optional GPS synchronization is available for multi-light coordination.
